We to have also had nothing but trouble with US Autoparts ordered 2 headlights receive them one was defective called them they said they would email a shipping label didnt get it had to call them just to find out we had been lied to on many levels finally got shipping label since we had had so many problems which started Sept 17th 2010 a supervisor named John said that when we received the credit for returned part that they would overnight new part for FREE he gave his extention number said to call him and he would handle replacement order called several times but never could get him and he never would return call when we ordered new part we were told they couldnt overnight for FREE but they would waive the shipping fee of $14.44 but we would have to pay the handling fee which was fine we ordered part was told that check card would be billed $29.26 but received email invoice and they had billed $43.70 which caused account to overdraft we called and talked to them about this I talked to a mamnager named NEL he said he would check into this and call me back on thursday ummm imagine this I never received that call so on friday I called them talked to another manager named Elmer they are refusing to reimburse us for the $70.00 in over draft charges that they caused saying that they are not responsible hhhmmmm let me think you tell me you are going to charge my account $29.26 I make sure there is sufficient funds in account to cover it but you charge me $43.70 and overdraft my account I would say that makes them responsible they asked that we email the bank information to prove the overdraft charges I did and got no response talked to Nel he asked that I email him the same information I did but his email was invalid imagine that who would have ever thought it would be a bogus email address.So I agree with several others that have written reviews on here DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY RUN RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THEM Futhermore Elmer told us to contact our bank to see if bank would return the overdraft charges that they charged us why should we have to go through that it wasnt the bank that screwed up it was US Autoparts are the ones that screwed up they are the ones that should reimburse us not our bank
