This is a fraudulent web site and company. They distribute fake Uggs and make no response when inquiring to return merchandise - Do not do business with this firm. They promise 365 days return policy - we have been trying to return a fake small boot that arrived late and they have not responded to over a dozen emails to request a return address. The boots were shipped from CHINA not Australia.
