While I think that their products are great, their support system is nearly non-existent. I had trouble getting them to allow me to return a defective monitor. While I was assured that they would simply switch out the monitor, it has been a month since they received it and I still don't have a replacement. I have tried called (I gave up after being on hold for more than an hour), and emailing them from their support page. I still have not received a response.
Regardless of how good their products are, this complete lack of support will keep me away from their products...I advise everyone to do the same.
