Attn!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do not bye a VeiwSonic LCD monitor unless you have nothing but time on your hands. On 01/17/08 I found out what all of you already know. I have called every week to find out when my new monitor was being shipped so I can send them back the one I have. After 6 calls and many hours on the phone it arrived on 02/22/08 (mind you I was told it will ship in 3 days after my first call)
not only was it a refurbished monitor it was all scratched up and needs to be returned. I give up,it will be much easier to throw my old one away and buy a new one and you guessed it - it wont be a viewsonic. I only wished that I had visited this page before I bought one. When I contacted viewsonic regarding the refurbished monitor there answer was,they can't control how other people had treated there monitors. this was from a manager.
