DO NOT ACCEPT AN APPRAISAL ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR BILLS! I have an outstanding invoice from them from November of 2009. Borrower paid them $450 for an appraisal on a loan that never panned out. They constantly give me the run around, give me the "check is in the mail" response or no response at all. Not sure how these people are still in business. Unless you like working for free, do not accept an order from Chad or anyone at West Side Appraisal. What a joke.
