We had tried everything, so we thought and then there is Westwood Legal Services. We were over $20,000 behind in our mortgage payments and had received correspondence from our mortgage holder demanding the full $20,000 payment. In less than 6 months Westwood Legal Services got our mortgage forgiven--no more mortgage payments; we couldn't believe it. We hope this will encourage someone else to take the plunge, it was well worth it. Would give them a 10 star rating if I could.
