Company has a "F" rating with BBB online, ordered pc on Jan. 06 of this year. Company wouldnt respond after 2 weeks waiting for delivery. Wouldnt return emails, phonecalls, voicemails etc. They finally responded after filing a dispute with paypal. Computer arrived a week later almost making it 4 weeks for delivery. Dvd drive not working in pc, emailed for an RMA request on their website, no response, called no response, called again left voicemail, no response. had to call manufactuer to get repair order from them. I will no longer do business with this company or related companies, I have advised my procurment dept. and local federal and military agencies to stay away from this company.
