Xzilon doesn't work. I bought it with my new car 2009 Toyota Highlander at the new car dealer (Toyota) for $800. The product is supposed to protect the car from water stains. Within the year I had waterstains that I could not clean off. I took it back to Toyota dealer and they could not get stains off. They told me that the Xzilon cleaning products they had could not get the stains off. They said they would order some stronger products and they would call me back which they didn't. I called Toyota back and they said they did not deal with Xzilon anymore (I wonder why). I called Xzilon back and Xzilon sent me to the local Cadillac dealer which now deals with the Xzilon. It was a hastle to keep bringing this car back to the Zxilon people. I let time pass (1 year) I called Zxilon again to see if I could get the spots cleaned off. I have a 5 year warranty (so I thought). Xzilon said the warranty was dishonored because I had waited too long to bring the car in to be cleaned. The person I spoke to then had the odasity to offer to have Xzilon clean and reapply the product at my expense. YEAH RIGHT, I told Xzilon I don't need their help. Bad product, bad warranty and bad customer service. If I the Xzilon product would have worked from the beginning I would have never had to deal with your warranty
