I started a free plan with Ning. They changed FREE OPTION AFTER I ALREADY CREATED MY SITE THERE. and are forcing people to upgrade and pay $19.95 a month. My site goes down during the launch of new plans and it takes them 2 weeks to get back to me... Read More »
